I found Kirra Jamison on The Design Files. I'm really getting into geometric patterns at the moment. I saw this guy on the tram yesterday drawing these geometric circular patterns on a small moleskin, almost hypnotized. I thought it looked pretty satisfying. Anyway, I like the pattern of these works, but also the fantasy and the brooding feeling of slight unease. Like she is presenting this beautiful magical world, but yet you know its so totally unattainable. Magic. Oh! She has an exhibition on this September in Sydney. Info here.
