Super cute, pleasant, light and simple. This Summer is checkered shorts, V-neck t-shirts with a bit of bra showing (for A or B cups) and day dresses cinched at the waist. Reminds me of hay bales and fields of long grass in the harsh light of the New Zealand countryside.

The reasons why I love this look book: 1.Embracing the pale - give up on the fake tan, sunbeds and lying around in the sun for hours and embrace your natural pale glow because it's beautiful and your skin will look youthful for longer from no more sun damage! 2. The makeup is beautiful - love the eyebrows and eyelashes. 3. Love the high wasted underwear in this last shot. 4. Love the cuts of the clothing, it falls really nicely. 5. Love the messy, tousled but still silky smooth hair.

Keith Haring. Artist. Gay icon. Graffiti artist. Classic of the 1980's. AIDs advocate. Did amazing work. If your in Melbourne look out for his graffiti, there's a few still around from the 80's. I know the "Boyfriend Jeans" look is in, and I do love that too. I'm just not sure how flattering it will be on my body. I think I'll rock the boyfriend shorts instead. I'm not into those short short denim cut-offs, sorry but I'm too curvaceous. I'm going back to my grunge and stealing some old jeans off a man and making myself some summer shorts. Thier just that little bit longer and that little bit more rebel grunge. More my style.
