Maya Hayuk will be doing a piece this weekend in Melbourne at Sugar Mountain Festival. Her work is really what I've been trying to put my finger on with this idea of organic geometrics. Elisa Nalin is fast becoming an icon on the street style fashion blogs. I love her use of colour but most of all I love that she is almost always smiling and having fun. It really isn't how you dress, but how you wear it. If you're not confident in it, it will never look good. Nalin looks so confident and happy she's practically bubbling over with glee.

i heart Sibella Court's new book Nomad

Nomad is Sibella Court's new book that's come out this last November. It looks simply beautiful. An Aussie lass, who now frequents New York, this book is following on from her earlier one Etcetera. Etcetera was stacked full of blues and browns inter-played with rustic flavours. Nomad seems to inject some vibrant colours with an array of ornaments from round the world travels. One of the things I love most about her books is the collages, the arrangement of colours, papers, fabrics, ornaments and textures which make you linger at every page. A beautiful book about really living in a home and what you can really do with wonderful collections. Check it out at Society Inc.
